Privacy notice

Last updated: 7 September 2026. This notice describes data processing on dorivostudio.ch and when you contact Dorivo Studio.

1. Controller and contact

For questions about your data, or to request access, correction or deletion, contact us at the email address above.

2. Website visits and technical operation

When you visit, technical connection data such as your IP address, time, requested URL and browser and device information are transmitted to the hosting infrastructure. These data are needed to deliver, stabilise and secure the website. The website runs on OpenAI Sites with Cloudflare infrastructure, a connected database and private file storage.

3. Contact and project enquiries

The enquiry form collects your business name, name, email address and industry. You may optionally provide a phone number, existing website, budget, preferred package, project wishes and the status of your copy, photos and logo. If you arrive from an industry demo, its name may also be saved. We use this information to respond, prepare a suitable proposal and deliver an agreed project. The information is stored in the protected studio dashboard.

You may optionally submit images, logos and PDF documents. We store the files and their names, formats, sizes and submission times, linked to your enquiry. Files are only transferred when you submit and are kept in private Cloudflare R2 storage. Only the configured Dorivo Studio operator account can download them. Uploads are not automatically published on a public website. Only upload documents you are authorised to share for handling your enquiry.

An enquiry does not sign you up for a newsletter or automatically create an order. Please do not enter health data or other highly confidential information in the general form. We process email messages to respond to your request.

4. Email notifications

After an enquiry is saved, Dorivo Studio receives an internal notification through Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA). It contains the business name, a technical enquiry ID and a link to the protected dashboard. The complete enquiry, your phone number, budget and uploaded files are not included. Our business mailbox is hosted by Infomaniak in Switzerland. When we reply personally, the involved email providers process addresses and message content for delivery.

5. Minimal-data website analytics

We count page views, clicks to the contact page and successfully saved enquiries. Only the date, a predefined public page, event type and count are stored. An enquiry may count the linked industry demo as its source. Statistics contain no names, email addresses, IP addresses, full referring URLs or individual visitor identifiers. They do not create visitor profiles or use tracking cookies or persistent browser identifiers.

Measurement respects the browser’s Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Private client concepts, the dashboard and onboarding links are not measured. Repeated views may be counted more than once. Email opens are not measured retrospectively.

6. Abuse prevention and sign-in

To protect forms and counters, an identifier that changes daily is derived from the IP address and date. Only a daily counter is stored, separately from website statistics. Old daily counters are removed during later requests. The protected operator area uses platform sign-in; account identifiers are used solely for access control. The public enquiry form requires no sign-in.

7. Service providers and processing abroad

OpenAI/Sites and Cloudflare provide hosting, the database, file storage and access protection. Resend supports notifications, and Infomaniak hosts our business mailbox. These services receive the information necessary for their tasks. OpenAI, Cloudflare and Resend may process data outside Switzerland, particularly in the USA. Cloudflare also identifies the European Economic Area and other locations in its global operations.

Cloudflare describes the Swiss–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and, depending on the transfer, standard contractual clauses as safeguards for transfers from Switzerland to the USA. Information on recipients, countries and safeguards for each service is available from the providers: OpenAI, Cloudflare, Resend and Infomaniak. We do not promise that all data is stored exclusively in Switzerland.

8. Retention

Enquiries and uploaded documents are retained as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and any resulting project. We review unsuccessful or completed enquiries for deletion after 90 days, subject to legal retention requirements and unresolved claims. This review is performed organisationally. Website analytics show a rolling 90-day period; older counters are removed at the next measurement event. Technical logs and the mailbox are also subject to the respective providers’ agreed retention rules.

9. Demos and external links

Entries in simulated industry-demo booking and enquiry forms remain in the current browser state and are not saved or sent as client enquiries. A link explicitly labelled as a website enquiry to Dorivo Studio leads to the actual contact form. External maps, advertising pixels and chatbots are not automatically loaded on public pages. When you follow an external link, the respective provider’s notices apply.

10. Your rights

You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion. Where applicable, you may object to processing, withdraw consent for the future or request delivery or transfer of your data. Legal conditions and retention duties remain applicable. For privacy matters, you may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) .
