Is the demo really free?
Yes. For suitable projects, we create a no-obligation homepage concept after a brief review. This does not create a contract. Not every enquiry automatically receives a complete website.
How much work is involved for me?
You confirm your business details and supply missing images or access. We handle structure, draft copy and development. You approve the website before launch.
Do you guarantee new customers?
No. We improve clarity, mobile usability and the path to an enquiry. Whether that leads to customers also depends on your offer, demand and visitors.
How long does development take?
For planning, a Starter project typically takes 7–14 working days from complete content and the agreed deposit. The binding deadline is set in the proposal.
Do I need a subscription?
No. Support is optional. Without support, technical handover is agreed separately. Domains, external booking systems and usage-based services are only included if specified in the proposal.
Who owns my website?
After full payment, you receive the agreed usage rights and exportable project code. Third-party licences remain subject to their terms. Your domain should be registered in your name.
How do payment and cancellation work?
The proposed terms are 50% on commissioning and 50% after acceptance, before launch. Support starts at the agreed operating date and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice to the end of a monthly period. The specific agreement applies.
What matters for privacy and AI?
We plan minimal-data forms and load maps or analytics only in line with the agreed privacy solution. AI output is checked. Health data does not belong in general contact forms or chatbots.
